Hell & Back Shirt

This shirt is titled “Hell and Back”. The parachute
regiment, more than any other units have performed
above and beyond the call of duty and within the
predefined expectations of both history and their forefathers.
The regiment is known for its head-on approach to operational
tasking.
The design incorporates the airborne wings defined clearly
on the design. The ability to live on the edge in a hostile
environment is now second nature to most Paras. The ability
to sleep with one eye open becomes a normal state of mind.
In the Southern Provinces of Afghanistan the units have seen
some of the heaviest fighting that British forces have seen for
over 50 years. The design incorporates the SA80-A2, the
personal weapon of every Para. The shirt also incorporates
Oak leaves and Laurel leaves to recognize those that paid
the ultimate sacrifice.
The regiments’ logo is also defined in the design.
